New Public Management Research Of College Students Employment Difficulties

With the increasingly severe employment situation, employment of university students become the government, universities, social, family and students focus on issues of common concern. Many experts and scholars from the economic, political, social, educational point of view, or from the operational level on the employment of university students conducted a multi-faceted problem analysis and research, but also put forward a number of ways to solve the employment problem college students and countermeasures.New Public Management is the1970s after Western countries governments traditional public administration system for a revolution, and gradually developed into a more mature "new public management theory." Economics and management in the private sector as the theoretical basis of new public management, advocated the introduction of private sector management methods to improve the management of public sector efficiency; advocated public service provision market-oriented; in Public Management introduction of market competition mechanism to improve service quality and level and so on. It has become public management scholars to study and solve the problem of a good tool.This paper analyzes the new China Students’Employment history and current situation, based on the "new public management" perspective of students’employment difficulties, the new public management concepts applied to this public service employment of university students, suggests that we should further improve the employment of university students market-oriented, students build a diversified employment service system and so on.
