Viewed from the security system, supervising mechanisms need to be improved, and tests’vulnerabilities need to be eliminated soon.To set up a fair, impartial, scientific and effective employment system for civil servants, first, we should establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations. Then our province should formulate specific implementing measures, perfect the rules and regulations as soon as possible. Second, we should improve and perfect the process of competency testing. At last, we should establish and improve security system of the recruitment of civil servants.Improving and perfecting the employment system for civil servants of Jiangsu; province which is scientific and standardized will certainly be human capital for building a moderately prosperous society and speeding up socialist modernization.
