Study On Corruption Prevention Level Civil Servants In Our Country

Corruption is accompanied by the political and social production, and has long plagued the development of social politics and economy, completely eradicate corruption has become a difficult problem in the world. In today’s society, with the rapid development of global economic integration, the corruption has crossed the country, any country must face the challenge, which affects the development of the world. Since, in order to anti-corruption, various countries are using a variety of countermeasures, but the effect is still not obvious, especially in the critical period of economic transformation and modernization of the developing countries, corruption is especially prominent, prevention and management is also very difficult, therefore, extremely important realistic significance to research the problem of corruption.In the rapid development of China, corruption and anti-corruption has become a social problem on the great concern of the whole society, especially the corruption of civil servants seriously damage the image of the government, the destruction of social fairness and justice, harm the interests of the masses. At present, in China, the existing staff nearly40million people, the vast majority of grass-roots civil servants of the official staff, and current level of corruption has been more frequent stage, therefore, the problem of corruption level civil servants should pay more attention to. This paper attempts to analysis from many angles and solve the problem of corruption of local civil servants.In this paper, in the replacement of corruption and anti-corruption theory, with Yifeng County Commission for Discipline Inspection, Supervision Bureau as an example, based on the337corruption cases during2002-2012in Yifeng county and the establishment of a database, attempts through the data to observe the micro sense level civil servants corruption situation and characteristics, looking for the root causes of corruption of local civil servants. Then according to the basic source of official corruption in search of feasible countermeasures and measures, so as to push forward the innovation of our current prevention and local public servant corruption theory research and practice of governance.
