Corruption is a global topic.The nations of the world take various means to curb corruption.After the eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China,remarkable results were obtained in the work of anti-corruption.Anti-corruption at basic rural level is indispensable part of constantly deepen the anti-corruption work.It has its own characteristics,that is secretary ?collectivization?longer duration and so on.Social development is based on rural economic prosperity and Social democracy at the grass-roots level.Corruption.at basic rural level not only restrict economic development,but also shake foundation of the communist party of China and affect social stability.Articles come to the conclusion which the performance anti-corruption at basic rural level are black box operation? Corruption and bribery?abusing power for personal gains ? violation of public interests ? eating with public money and fundraising illegally based on the basic practice of anti-corruption and data analysis.Through investigation to see,the reason mainly has subjective aspect and objective aspect.Subjective aspects are low education level of grass-roots and quality and low wage income.Objective aspects are lack of related institution and institu-tion implementation is not enough.So we need take some measures.We can strengthen the integrity education,perfect the institution and improve the system of anti-corruption supervision,improve the ecological and cultural environment of democracy at the grassroots level and wake up rural political consciousness of participation and supervision of the masses.Rural grassroots anti-corruption construction need multidimensional joint efforts including economic basis,institutional framework and implementation to form good political environment.
