Study On The Official Supervision And Execution Of County Government

There are some problems such as promote ineffective in implementing the higher level policies or executing local government’s objectives and tasks in local governments at all levels. It is necessary to strengthen the government executive power for all levels government in order to ensure that all policies, goals tasks can be smoothly. There are also problems in the supervision of the management system, method, effect and so on, although relevant supervision functional departments have been set up at all levels governments. In this paper, take Zhejiang Province Anji County as an example, study on the functions and significance of supervision to enhance the role of government executive ability, which contains making changes in work style, integration of inspection resources, strengthening government employee construction and other aspects to improve inspection results, and then enhance government executive abilities. Taking local county government as a unit, it is a great significance for reference to local government in enhancing executive ability.This paper contains five chapters. In the foreword, it introduces study background, significance, objective, main contents and research status in domestic and aboard, clarifies study methods and its innovation. In the second chapter, it clarifies the conceptions of Superintendence and government executive in this paper, and summarizes the relevant theories. In the third chapter, taking Zhejiang Province Anji County as the study object, by using investigations and questionnaires, it studies the situations and measures in enhancing government executive ability of Anji County, also contains problems and reasons analysis in the aspects of executive. On the basis of the third chapter, the fourth chapter raises relevant measures and suggestion to improve government executive. In the fifth chapter, considering this case in our whole nation, by using superintendence to promote government work, it summarizes some countermeasures and suggestion to improve the local government executive ability for all levels government.
