Research On "the Only Child Lost" Issues Of Pension Security

Since the implementation of China’s one-child policy has put into effect on the 80’s of ihe last century, on one hand, the number of our population has been effectively controlled and the population quality is remarkably improved. On the other hand, the family structure in china has also undergone a fundamental change that the one-child family becomes the mainstream of family on society. However, as the number of the one-child family becomes more and more huge, its risks have become increasingly prominent. Once the child of the one-children families suffer sick or accident, so they died, there will be a group of special family-the loss of family. The object of this paper is to study this group. The lost child parents made a great sacrifice to our economic and social development. However, with the lost child parents get older, the issues of provide for the aged have become thorny social problems. How to alleviate and solve provide for the aged of those lost child families has become urgency issue.In this paper, the provide for the aged of the lost family is as the research object using the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, social exchange theory, the theory of social support and welfare pluralism theory to study on the loss of family pension problem.This thesis contains five parts. The first part introduces the research significance, research status at home and abroad, the related theoretical basis, the research mentality and the method, the innovation points of the thesis and the problems. The second part is the definition of related concepts, also the carding background of the loss of family pension issues and development situation. The third part takes Guangzhou city lost family alone as the research object, analyzed and certified the present situation of Guangzhou City and the loss of family pension issues. Fuither to explore the main reasons caused Guangzhou city to lose the family endowment service difficulties, with a view to a more comprehensive understanding of the lost family facing the pension problem, and find out the corresponding countermeasure. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the loss of family provide for the aged issues, to help and enlighten to Guangzhou city and even the whole country to solve the loss of family provide for the aged problems and to establish and perfect the family pension system. The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper. In this part, the analysis and discussion are summarized and the shortcoming is pointed out.
