Motor control system which controlled the motor work in motor or generator and theoptimal way in work is the core of the hybrid system. Good motor control system, canenhance the motor work efficiency and performance distinctly. Toyota is outstanding instudy of hybrid motor control system in foreign and has realised production while China isstill in the development.In order to overcome technical difficulties and realise thetechnology autonomy-oriented, hybrid cars motor/generator integration control system isstudied in this paper.The whole control system is completed by four steps of theory analysis, simulationand practical design, bench test. In the theoretical analysis:First of all, though comparedand analyzed the permanent magnet synchronous motor is choosed as a hybrid car electricand power integration motor. Then the id=0and flux-weakening vector control strategyare choosed in the basis of motor and motor working condition.Finally, the mathematicalmodeling and control strategy of the motor is analysed. On the basis of theoretical analysis,integration of the whole control system model is established by Matlab/Simulink, thefeasibility of the theory is validated by the simulation results; According to the systemrequirements, simulation and theory analysis, the function and power of the controller, etc.,accomplished the circuit design, debug, and production of entire controller hardwarecircuit of all function model.According to the experimental requirements, the experimentplatform is established by two series motor, through the analysis of electric and power testdata to verify the performance of the whole control system and complete the research workof the whole system.The experimental results show that the system can satisfy the basicdesign requirements.
