Due to the scarcity of energy,as well as environmental pollution is difficult to recover.The modern society has carried on the high efficiency utilization to the energy and reduced the non renewable energy consumption.Also protects the ecological environment and reduces the harmful gas emissions to attach great importance.And vigorously promote the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction.The automotive industry is the first to bear the brunt of the "green car" in the development and design of in-depth research,and in the field of energy improvement has made rapid progress.One big breakthrough is the emergence of hybrid vehicles.It is the "green car" in the main reason is that it has superior performance,which is due to its use of ISG plays an irreplaceable role.At present,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)is a hotspot in the automotive industry.The control and improvement of the integrated electric motor will have an important guiding significance for hybrid electric vehicles.In the first this paper describes the research background of hybrid electric vehicle,which leads to the core part of the electric power generation integrated motor.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development at home and abroad.By comparing the performance of several motors,permanent magnet synchronous motor has excellent performance.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected as an electric motor,and using a quick start method to start it.Then,the Clark transform and Park transform which is used in the transformation of the three-phase coordinate system to the rotating coordinate system are introduced,and the mathematical model of the electric motor is analyzed in three coordinate systems.In this paper,the vector control is chosen as the core control strategy of the electric power generation integrated motor itself.At the same time combined with the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology.Then,combined with the theoretical analysis,the hardware circuit of the integrated control system of the electric generator is constructed,and the STM32F103ZET6 is used as the main control chip.The feasibility of the theory is verified by simulation.Finally,the program is written.
