Abstract/Summary:
Research topic of this paper comes from an enterprise lateral project, the enterprise equipped XQ6102SH2city bus which was producted by FAW-TaiHu bus factory with the company’s self-developed four speed automatic transmission. The purpose of this study is combined with the company’s lateral project, matching and optimizing the powertrain parameters, setting a goal to obtain the best comprehensive effect of vehicle dynamics and fuel economy, providing a theoretical basis for the dynamic and economic optimization of this city bus.This paper first introduces the significance about the matching and optimizing of the powertrain parameters and the present situation of domestic and foreign research, puts forward the research background, clarifies the main contents of research. Then carries on the detailed analysis of the basic principle of vehicle dynamics, and a comprehensive performance evaluation system of the vehicle is established based on it. Secondly, the bus model is established by using the CRUISE software, and the simulation result is compared with experimental results, to verify the accuracy of the model. Then studies the sensitivity of some typical parameters by using the model and the Matrix Calculation function, points out the direction of matching and optimization. Then according to the requirements of enterprise, using the Component Variation computing functions find the best combination from existing products, it has a very realistic guiding significance for the optimization of the bus. Finally use the ISIGHT and CRUISE joint optimization methods, find the best powertrain solutions in larger feasible region through optimization technology, provides the theory basis about vehicle powertrain optimization for the enterprise in the future.
