The electric power Load Management Information System inspects the users' terminals through the wireless communications. This system realized the limitation of even user. Along with the current development of our country and the advancement of electric net, the confliction of supply and demand in electric market have been resolved quietly, the demand to dominating power load will be weakened and there will be higher requisitions bring forward .For adapting the demand of marker, the electric power will also be changed from originally pure control and expand by cutting down power load to the electric quality- inspection, long-distance ammeter notion and the domination of buying electricity.On the base of using the General Packet Radio Service as the data channel, the paper discusses the process of designing a Load Management Information System. The paper firstly introduces the system structure of load management system, and then analyzes the demand of system function expanding. As a result, a power load data application plan and an open customer information system are established. At the end, it finished the design of the function modules including electric power fee management, electric power quality monitor and electricity larceny analysis.
