| With the development of electronics power and control theory technology, permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in various fields. Permanent magnet synchronous motor due to its characteristic of light weight, small size, energy efficient, and that it can achieve the control high stability, effectiveness precision, high speed and fast response, and the study of permanent magnet synchronous motor is also of concern. The main topic is as permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for the controlled object, and designed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on DSP.For closed loop speed regulation loop, we generally use traditional PID regulation algorithm, but it only for a linear system stability control system effective. For such a control object of permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is time-varying, nonlinear, strong coupling, the paper adopts adaptive fuzzy PI to control its speed, established a mathematical model and then simulated. The main contents of this article are:(1) Describes the background and development of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the structure and operation principle, analysis the commonly used control methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages, this paper combines vector control strategy with space vector pulse width modulation to control the motor.(2) Introduces the fuzzy control theory and fuzzy PI control method, using fuzzy PI algorithm to adjust the speed in the closed-loop system. Establish the mathematical model of the speed adjustment system of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed, and last simulate in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. We analysis the result and get a good control effect.(3) Based on the control chip of DSP2812, designs the hardware and software of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system. In hardware part, there are intelligent power modules, power modules, current and voltage detection circuit, the motor speed detection circuit and protection circuit. In CCS3.3software platform designed system software, including the initialization process, interrupt service routines and algorithms procedures, PWM subroutines.(4) On the platform of motion control experiment we conducted experiments commissioning. |
