Words In Teaching Chinese As A Basic Color

The basic color words is an indispensable part not only in modern Chinese vocabulary but also in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Based on the modern Chinese vocabulary learning and teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the author researches the basic colors words that exist in modern Chinese and analyzes the errors that have been made by foreign students in this thesis. This thesis aims to find out the problems of learning the basic color words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and offer the advices of the basic color words teaching so as to guide it.In this paper, the first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the present situation, the basic meaning and the methods of the domestic and foreign research of the basic color words. The first chapter is the studies of the color words in intercultural communication research, including the introduction of Chinese basic color words, the influence on the teaching Chinese as a foreign language which cultural connotation of color words have, the cultural connotation of Chinese color words, and so on. The second chapter is the analysis of the foreign students’ errors in the learning process of Chinese basic color words, including analysis of the errors that foreign students have made in the learning process of basic color words which are white, black, yellow, red. green and their derivatives, the investigation and statistics of problems that exist in the learning process of basic color words. The third chapter is the teaching of the basic color words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and puts forward the teaching principles of teaching basic color words, the teaching skills of teaching basic color words, and the teaching problems of teaching basic color words that should be paid attention to. The last part is the epilog.
