The lack of conformational changes in strict sense determines the significance of Chinese functional words. As an important element to the Chinese functional words, preposition and the study of it are of no little significance to the study of Chinese itself. Among all the Chinese prepositions, the word "zai" are used more frequently than others, and it is more complex in its grammatical functions. With more people learning Chinese, we see various mistakes in using this preposition—for instance omission, false addition, misuse, etc. So how to resolve this issue is difficult yet important in the field of second language acquisition. Chinese belongs to the Sino-Tibetan family and Korean Altaic, namely Chinese an isolated language whereas Korean an agglutinative language. Prepositions are unknown to Korean. Auxiliary words serve as their functional equivalence.The article first did some statistics about the knowledge points on the syllabus, teaching material to understand its layout and distribution. Secondly, it analyzed the categories of the emergence situation of the preposition "zai" in the New HSK1to level6sample rolls, strive to fully grasp the knowledge points systematically investigation in the paper. This part of the study can help teachers arrange teaching activities, and at the same time, in view of the inadequacy appearing of the outline, teaching material and examination papers, teachers may adopt the corresponding improvement measures timely and flexibly. Amid at the common errors came from when the Korean students learn the preposition"zai", author did the comparative analysis about the function and usage of Chinese preposition "zai" and the relevant Korean auxiliary words, hoping to find better ways to reduce the errors when Korean students study Chinese. At last we can find some good ways to solve the errors, it will help the teachers and students do some rethink to ensure the smooth progress in teaching activities.
