As an important part of children’s education,picture book,because of its unique artistic charm,occupies a very important position.Recently,with the rising of "picture-book boom", a large number of picture book which alleged suitable for children’s reading have come out one after another,however,there are very few picture books that the0-3years old can actually read.And because of their characteristics of expression-fuzziness,the market tend to make them into one period.But the chaotic market phenomenon of labeling causes more and more researchers begin to pay attention to this field.At the same time,researchers finally begin to realize the importance of the first three years’development.Through marketing-investigation,the author found that the different age of children between0-3years old itself has its own diversity and specificity, so come up with the idea of grading-creation.Actually, children’s development not only shows significant age difference,but also has the obvious individual difference including gender and culture difference, this Paper,which take the picture book as carrier and put these difference aside, has elaborated the significance meaning of grading-creation under the ground of contemporary multimedia by comparing the children’s physical and mental features of different ages between0-3years old.To further discuss the possibility of grading-creation of early-children’s picture book, this paper has divided into five chapters, and mainly put emphasis on the third and fourth chapter.Combing with the experimental observation and case analysis,based on the research of children’s physical and mental features and picture book’s contents, the author realizes that not only children of different ages between0-3years-old has different cognition and interests,even in the face of same things, their difference is also easy to see.In this way, grading-creation is necessary.This conclusion obtained, on the one hand, can help creators always keep in the early-children’s shoes to promote the birth of outstanding picture book, on the other hand,also can attract related field researchers’attention, which means much for early-children’s picture book-creation.
