In some important events of daily life, temporary duty of armed police plays anincreasingly important role. In recent years, temporary duty of armed police gets rapiddevelopment. Because our armed forces involved in the temporary duty by force isinsufficient, and duty amount enlarges unceasingly, how to deploy the personnelallocation and to give an optimal equipped force becomes the necessary requirementof the armed police force duties.The paper firstly provides an overview of the basic task of the armed police andthe theory of human resources of the personnel allocation methods based on jobanalysis. Then, by the objectives of the present management system, organizationalmanagement and service quality management have been analyzed in detail. Then weput forward a proposal to improve the human deployment in temporary duty of armedpolice, and put forward the solutions based on the specific staffing method, andconstruct the mathematical model to improve the proposed scheme. Finally, combinedwith the transport amount and the accident frequency during the Spring Festivalperiod in Guangzhou City train station, the improvement scheme is validated.Temporary duty in armed police staffing management is lack of systematicresearch, using the theory of armed police staffing temporary duty, the paper putsforward the improvement schemes on temporary duty in armed police forces, and bycombined with the Guangzhou City train station transport amount during the SpringFestival period, the results have been verified. The results in this paper can providesome important reference to the temporary duty in armed police staffing managementin China.
