Therefore, for future immigration, the focus from the following aspects:First, to support the employment of immigrant entrepreneurs, highlighting the difficulties of addressing development follow-up industry; second is to create a relaxed policy environment to ensure stable production and life of pastoral ecological migrants; Third, efforts to raise funds, the whole society to support the pastoral migration mechanisms; Fourth, the implementation of "three full coverage" project, to strengthen science and technology guidance services for immigrants.
