The Study Of Pastoral Areas The Old' Yanglao Issue Under The Perspective Of Social Work

Aging of population is common issue facing the world today.With the development of our country's economy,the people's living standards and medical and health conditions have been continuously improved.And the life expectancy has been expanded.Thus,the number of aging of population has increased.But with the under-development of country's economy,the condition of social old-age security system is not perfect.In the pastoral areas,the main way of Yanglao is still using the traditional family's way.What factors influenced the traditional family's Yanglao concept? Such as,the weakening of traditional filial piety concept,the lower family income,the shift of family internal leadership and the occurring of a variety of social bad influences.All of these affected the Yanglao's quality of the old and weaken the concept of Yanglao.The thesis consists of introduction,the three parts of main content,conclusion and references.The introduction includes background information,purpose and literature review and so on.The first chapter,it has introduced the basic condition of the old-age population in Wulanmaodu of Hengan league.It has mainly introduced the Old's basic condition and current situation of Yanglao,to illustrate the number of the old,living condition,home-based Yanglao and national assistance-based Yanglao.The second chapter,firstly,the thesis has used the actual cases to discuss the differences of family's Yanglao level and the reasons.It has mainly stated 4 actual cases,names,high-level Yanglao family,middle-level Yanglaofamily;low level Yanglao family and the family which not perform Yanglaoobligations.Secondly,it has also analyzed the reasons why the family Yanglao has existed the differences in Wulanmaodu.Because of the weakening of traditional filial piety concept,the lower family income,the shift of family internal leadership,the occurring of a variety of social bad influences and so on.The third chapter,it has discussed strategies and suggestions which focus on how to solve the weaken Yanglao concept in Wulanmaodu.It involved in the strengthening of the Yanglao insurance law,the strengthening of respect for the elderly Yanglao and filial piety and a variety of Yanglao ways.According to Wulanmaodu residential areas and the old's actual conditions,ithas proposed three ways to assist traditional Yanglao suggestions.Such as,institutional Yanglao,residential Yanglao and village-level host Yanglao.
