| Inner Mongolia is the first ethnic minority autonomous regions in our country,is also a model shall practise a system of regional national autonomy in the autonomous region.In the implementation of central policies at the same time,the actual combination of Inner Mongolia region,actively explore local government functions in the supply of social endowment security system.Since entering new century,the rapid economic development in Inner Mongolia,continuous growth in the first for many years,but the income of urban and rural residents is still lower than the national average,especially in pastoral areas of old-age security level is low,strong rich area task is very difficult.Academia attaches great importance to the social old-age security in recent years the government supply problem research,the paper mainly discusses the urban and rural areas as a whole under the background of social endowment insurance system for the supply of government realistic foundation,operation mode and fund management.In this paper,taking the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia old-age security service government supply problem as the research content,this paper expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis,a comprehensive analysis shows that the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia government supply status of old-age security services,the main problems,as well as the existing problems of the main causes,based on the experience of the old-age security government supply at home and abroad,put forward the perfect pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia endowment countermeasures to ensure the supply of service government,the first increase the intensity of government financial input in the pastoral areas of old-age security,second old-age security service relevant laws and regulations,improve the farmers and herdsmen third continue to explore various forms of rural old-age security of supply in pastoral area and the fourth continue to improve the government pension security management system. |
