Interviews are critical process of the Civil Servants Recruitment Exam. They have attracted much attention of candidates and the community because of their significance and specificity. The interviewers’level will directly influence the interview results. This level will also be magnificently enhanced when equipped with a reasonable interviewer system. Therefore, it is of vital necessity to strengthen the interviewer system construction of the Civil Servants Recruitment Exam.Firstly, this article aims to obtain information about the status quo of the interviewer system through interviewers’characteristics and their functions.Afterwards problems of this system will be exposed and causes will be analyzed. In the last part, suggestions will be proposed to constantly improve our interviewer system. These suggestions are considered in different perspectives. They are interviewer selection system, training system, assessment system, supervision system and elimination system. The suggestions are expected to be effective in cultivating highly qualified interviewers and strongly supporting the selection of appropriate civil servant candidates.
