Civil service exam is known as China's first big test,widely attention from all walks of life,compared with the written strong objectivity,subjectivity of the interview is stronger,is often criticized management experience,or a new thing,departments and experts for its study is less,in addition,the research on the management of civil servants interviewers have very strong professional,lack of professional talents,therefore,the management has many imperfections.Based on the current management of zhangjiagang city civil service interview examiners,for the problems in the process of put forward the following countermeasures: from its management of each link,such as first,formulate corresponding management system,such as establishing examiners qualification certification system,a sound system of the examiner training,establishing the civil service interview examiner classified administration system and gradually improve the people interviewing appraisal system;Second,perfect the system of the supervision of civil servants interviewers and execute multiple supervision,supervision,and seriously supervise the results;To strengthen the civil servants an interviewer elimination mechanism and establish the examiner out fault-tolerant mechanism.Finally,to improve the civil servants management authority of the interviewers,the various management measures into
