Study On Chinese Women 's Political Participation

Women’s political participation is the women to use their political rights,consciously and consciously involved in the national and social public affairs,an important means to realize their own interests and needs. Entered intwenty-first Century, along with the wave of democratization progress, women’spolitical participation has gradually become a hot issue of global concern, is theinevitable trend of historical development of human society.Women’s politicalparticipation is specific reflect women ’s political status, marks the civilizationdegree of a country or society. In modern politics democratized, legalization inChina, we Chinese women’s political participation problems into the scope oftheoretical research, not only of great theoretical significance, but also has greatpractial significance.Political participation of women in early, because of women’ssubordinate status, political rights and political status is placed in the edgeposition. Since the modern times, democracy, freedom, equality in the leadingthought, arouse a lot of women’s awakening in political consciousness, theybroke the shackles of the old thought for thousands of years, actively participatein social life, political participation of women has been significantly improved,plays an irreplaceable role in various fields social life.In this paper, on the basisof previous studies, using Marx’s historical materialism, dialectical materialismand historical literature research method, analysis method, comparisonresearch, analyzed the reason of the history and current situation of Chinesewomen’s political participation, Chinese women’s political participation is facingproblems and questions, and puts forward some effective suggestions frommany public opinion, law, education, let the women as an important part of thesocial and political participation of Chinese women, give full play to the role, to promote the civilization of the whole society, for the construction of Chinesecharacteristic socialism harmonious society to make contribution.
