Zhou Enlai is not only a Chinese great proletarian revolutionary, statesman, theorist,strategist, but also one of the great proletariat diplomat in the new China. Before the foundingof the PRC, Zhou Enlai worked as one in the Communist Party Central Committee on foreignaffairs leader.
