Throughout the study of ancient and modern jurisprudence, law and morality has alwaysbeen among the everlasting focus of much attention and discussion of Chinese and foreignscholars. With the development of society and economy, more and more complex socialphenomenon and cases indicates the difference between law and morality and difficult todefine the boundaries of the present law has not even fit to be synchronized with socialevents, and therefore need to update our legal system and build the rule of law to adapt to thecurrent rapidly changing society. The relationship between law and morality has been thefocus of jurisprudence, and set off on a sustained boom in academic history.
