Throughout the study of ancient and modern jurisprudence, law and morality has alwaysbeen among the everlasting focus of much attention and discussion of Chinese and foreignscholars. With the development of society and economy, more and more complex socialphenomenon and cases indicates the difference between law and morality and difficult todefine the boundaries of the present law has not even fit to be synchronized with socialevents, and therefore need to update our legal system and build the rule of law to adapt to thecurrent rapidly changing society. The relationship between law and morality has been thefocus of jurisprudence, and set off on a sustained boom in academic history. The face ofcomplex and diverse social events, the current law has not fully resolved and keep up withthe complexity and diversity of the community, we urgently need to update and improve thelegal system to adapt to a rapidly changing society. In recent years, social events spateRelations Act and morality will again promote the public view. The incident has once againsparked debate about the relationship between law and morality.Comprehensive legal and ethical implications, we need to see that law and morality ties,but also to see the difference between the two. Moral law itself, the purpose of the law isintended to establish the beginning of the guardian of some ethical guidelines. From the setof the law itself says, the law firm moral foundation, also has a unique fundamentalprinciples; run from the law, the moral elements throughout the various parts of thelegislation always, law enforcement, judicial, law-abiding and so on. Improve the socialistlegal system in our country at the same time, it should give full consideration to therelationship between law and morality, the morality of leverage method to adjust a variety ofsocial relations, improve the socialist legal system.Full text includes an introduction, and the conclusion of this theory, such as three parts.Among them, the introduction points out some of the major topics of significance, theresearch focus. The theory is divided into three smaller parts: The first part describes the lawand morality of Western history from ancient Chinese society, modern society, Western society in three aspects: the second part from the perspective of law and legal ethics wereanalyzed; first three parts from reason, analyzes the limitations of contemporary Chinesesociety, law and morality: the last part of the system describes the integration of Law andMorality. The conclusion is a summary of the full text and further pointed out that themodernization of the legal system to improve the significance of law and morality.
