Zhenwu Town Wei Wei And Wu Zhi Xuan Book Sorting And Research

In this paper, taking the Document of ZhenWu Wei and ZhenXi Wei as the basic information, and some other references as auxiliary material, such as the record, reign, chorography, corpus, reporting, etc, the author makes more comprehensive research on ZhenWu Wei and ZhenXi Wei in DuSi of ShanXi Province, and then have the further understanding about ShanXi Dusi and the Military Officers system.This article is organized as follows:First of all, in the introduction,the author briefly explains the reasons, significance, research status and methods of this paper.The second part is the main body of this paper, which includes five chapters. Chapter One is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the basic situation of the Military Document and its related files in Ming Dynasty, involving nearly20kinds of archives. The second part is about the sorting and errata of the Military Document of ZhenWu Wei and ZhenXi Wei, so as to ensure its accuracy.In Chapter Two, with rich content, the author not only makes research of the origion and the evolution of WeiSuo, but also illustrates the staff Settings, the structure of military officers’ birthplace, and enlisting channels with quantified data. Combined with other literature, the author then does some research on the reasons behind the phenomenon above.In Chapter Three, the author introduces the replacing and the competition condition about the military officers. Concerning military officers’ replacing condition, the author focuses on the replacing principle and pension measures of the military officers. As mentioned the military officers’ competition, the author mainly introduces the competition system evolution and shows quantified competition result.The fourth chapter mainly refers to the military officers’ criminal facts on the aspects of military, economics, morality and others, where the author mainly analysises the punishment measures under the principle of "the penalization doesn’t embroil their offsprings".The content of the fifth chapter is relatively concentrated. In this chapter, the author discusses military officers’ promotion channels in detail (based on the distinction between military exploit and if not). Finally,In the last part, based on the comprehensive summarization of this paper, the author indicates this paper’s characteristics and its deficiency.
