Study On Issues Of Labor Security Supervision

As the product of the market economy, the labor security supervision is not only the important means, by which the modern state conducts the legal regulation and intervention to the labor relationship under legal authority, but also one of the key points of the public supervision service provided by the government. With the progress of the era and society, more pressing demands are put on further improvement of our labor security supervision system, currently, our labor security supervision is facing a variety of opportunities and challenges, meanwhile, the social awareness and credibility of the labor security supervision is relatively low, which needs to be solved urgently.While the labor security involving the national economy and people’s livelihood is actually operating and being implemented on the ground, the powerful law enforcement for labor supervision plays a safeguard role, it can effectively regulate the employment practices of the employing unit, maintain the normal order of the labor market and achieve the reasonable allocation of the human sources, which accomplishes its identity of escort to the labor security of the government, therefore, it is beneficial to the government at all levels to do well in utilizing, grasping and playing the positive roles of the labor security supervision in order to lay firm foundation for further development.Combined with the related theories, with the practice of labor security supervision at basic level as the entry point, by virtue of great number of law enforcement data and real cases of labor security supervision at basic level and through the data analysis, this paper probes into the problems in the face of our labor security supervision, deeply analyzes the causes and seeks the solutions in six aspects: promote the building of legal system of labor security supervision; strengthen input of software and hardware for labor security supervision; improve the ability of establishment of harmonious labor relations; speed up the system construction and fill the leaks of enforcement procedure; change the concept of law enforcement and extend the field of supervision; accelerate the building of supervision system and introduce the accountability mechanism.
