As an important part of the basic principle of Marxism-Marx’s civil society and state has played a fundamental role in guiding theory for this stage of dealing with social problems in our country. Marx’s so-called "civil society" and the concept of "national" correspond to exist. The focus of the theory is not the study of both internal problems, but that studies the interaction between both studies. This paper attempts to collate Marx and predecessors on civil society and national relations theory, and eventually come to the revelation of the core theory of socialist construction in China.Introductory section of this article first described the purpose and significance of research on the subject, thus listed and analyzed the domestic and foreign research overview, as well as the author for the subject of innovation perspective. Body mainly by the following three components: The first part, from a historical perspective, combed Marx’s civil society and state relations theory of gradual evolution from Hegel, the gradual evolution and eventually surpass of it. About the theory of civil society, Marx inherited more from Hegel’s point of view, but there are also some unique understandings of Marx himself. Understanding of Marx’s theory of civil society, is essential to understand the point of view of Hegel. The second part focuses on the content and features of Marx’s civil society and the state-to-state relations theory, which is the focus of this article as well as the center of this paper. Representatives of the different periods of Marx as the main line, the chapter analyze the discourse on civil society and state relations theory. And through a comparative study, drawn Marx for theoretical research focus at different times, so that result in a more profound understanding of Marx’s civil society and state relations theory. The third part focuses on the inspiration for China’s reform plan in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics, on the basis of understanding before. And analyze the conditions for the development of civil society as well as restricted in China, final draw of "small government, big society" interaction model, thus provide more reference for China’s socialist reform.
