China in recent yearsintroduced a series of labor rights of persons with disabilities to maintainemployment laws, reflects the party and the countrys sense of responsibility forvulnerable groups and humane care.Shanghai is the employment service system for people with disabilities isrelatively perfect one city, has established a relatively complete system of DisabilityEmployment Policy and the effective protection of the disabled population inemployment promotion measures, basically covering the whole city,"city-county-street town "the two bodies three disabled employment service network. However,Chinas overall labor market oversupply situation and the severe employmentsituation so difficult employment of persons with disabilities, effectively promote theemployment of disabled people are still faced with understanding in place, the policyis not enough awareness of the publicity, the unreasonable structure of employmentof persons with disabilities and other bottlenecks problems. Meanwhile, theemployment situation for people with disabilities, Shanghai Information Databasegrade level unified caliber is not perfect, real-name system management of theemployment situation of persons with disabilities has not completely rolled out, theoverall lack of data, the impact of the development of effective management andimplementation of policies targeted service initiatives.
