Since then, the Chinese governmentmicroblogging entered a rapid development stage. As of December31,2013, by Sina,Tencent, People’s Daily, Xinhua total microblogging service which four carrierscertified government microblogging has reached258,737, representing an increase of46.42%in2012. Government micro-Bo has been booming in the country.In just three years, although the size of government micro-Bo peep, but unevendevelopment between the various Eighty per cent of government microbloggingsuffering from dementia, both deaf and dumb, did not play its due role in governmentmicroblogging.
