On The Leading Cadres’ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Law And Justice

With the development of politics、econoy、culture and socialism government by law process, people have been realized of right consciousness、the rule of law concept and the growing demand for social justice, equality, freedom and democracy, prompting people pay more and more attention to the rule of law to observe and measure the entire social life, including emphasis in the process of the leading cadres how to use the power. The ideological and political education needs to focus on these changes, strengthens the ideological and political education work content and changes the traditional methods to ensure the education main body purified, self-improved, and innovated.This article starts from angle of the rule of law, justice, the concept of ideological and political education. Which leads to the contemporary ideological and political education contains the inexorable trend of the rule of law and justice. In the meanwhile, it elaborates the leading cadres from the perspective of ideological and political education research of relevant theories under the subject on the rule of law justice in the principle of ideological and political education. The leading cadres are faced with the long-term, complex and severe power test in the new situation.
