Village Cadres Of Government Functions From The Perspective Of Resignation Commitment System Research

Village cadres is the executor of the rural policy, the head goose who leads peasants to get rich, and the organizer of villager autonomy. To strengthen the construction of the village cadres and management, to establish and improve the incentive mechanism, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the village cadres are important contents of strengthening the party’s organization construction and the important measures to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation in rural areas and speed up the building of a new socialist countryside.
