How to properly solve the problem of land-lost farmers’social security, is the villagers and the major concern of governments at all levels, the relationship between building a harmonious society can be smoothly, is related to the overall situation of reform, development and stability.This thesis to huhhot yuquan district as an example, adopted literature method, questionnaire method and the qualitative analysis and other research methods, through reference to relevant materials, and from many different angles to Hohhot status quo of the farmers, as well as the problems of land-lost farmers’social security has carried on the thorough analysis, combining the successful experience of domestic and foreign advanced, put forward the feasibility Suggestions to solve the problem of land-lost farmers’social security.In this paper, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the author, the purpose of writing the related concepts and research at home and abroad were reviewed. The second part, mainly through to the huhhot yuquan area several villages to visit investigation, summarizes the analysis of the current situation of the land-losing farmers Hohhot. The third part, through the understanding of the present situation of land-lost farmers, lists problems of land-lost farmers’social security at present. For example, low land requisition compensation standard, the social security system is not perfect, the issue such as difference of land-lost farmers employment ability. The fourth part, analysis the cause of the problem. The fifth part, from increase compensation standard, to establish perfect social security system, etc, put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of land-lost farmers’ social security.
