| Individual businesses class expansion has become a trend, whichmore and more people join the group. This will not only solve theemployment problem, but also help to promote the formation ofinnovation oriented country. With the development of individualbusinesses, the problems of interest’s imbalance become more and moreprominent after many twists and turns. Their own interest’s consciousnessstrengthens gradually, so that improves the benefit expression mechanismimminent. The key content of the harmonious society construction is tocoordinate the interests. From a dialectical perspective, harmonious andconflicts are co-exist. Without any conflict of interest, the society does notexist. It is necessary for a developing society. Mainly analyzed the positive results of China individualbusinesses in the process of interests expression were obtained, and therestricting factors.Part IV is about how to perfect mechanism of contemporary Chineseindividual businesses interest expression.This thesis is mainly from threedifferent perspective, including the individual businesses, socialmanagement and government management，exploring how to improve thebenefit expression mechanism. |
