This paper focuses on Chinese trade unions in decision-making effectiveness ofa study, describes the formation of trade unions, development and maturationprocess and the important role of Marxist classical writers as well as researchorganizations involved in trade union decision-making, while Haidong Prefecture inQinghai Province Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (company) union, for example,empirical analysis of the effectiveness of the trade unions in decision-making, andpointed out the problems with the lack of participation in decision making in thepresence of trade unions, and the unions put forward a comprehensive proposal toparticipate in the decision-making effectiveness.The thesis is divided into four parts from the theory, practice two dimensions ofChinese trade unions in decision-making effectiveness were studied:The first chapter, Introduction. This part describes the research background andsignificance, of the current research are described, clarity of this thesis researchmethods and ideas, and explains the research and innovation, such as the focus ofthis paper problems. This thesis is rich in research methods, research ideas clear,focused research.The second chapter, theoretical origins of trade union organizations andparticipation in decision-making in the historical process. This section firstexamines the emergence and development of trade unions; second section describesthe scientific content of the trade union organization, the nature, functions, statusand so on, clear the rich connotation of the union; once again sort of Marx, Engelsand Lenin and other Marxist classical writers study of trade unions indecision-making, and introduces the historical changes and development of China ’strade unions in decision-making.The third chapter, An Empirical Analysis of the effectiveness of trade unions toparticipate in decision-making. This section Haidong Prefecture in Qinghai ProvinceTobacco Monopoly Bureau (company) union, for example, first HaidongPrefecture Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) unions2002-2013November,their participation in decision-making characteristics were analyzed; secondlyHaidong Prefecture elaborated tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) mode and theunions involved in the decision-making achievements; finally elaborated HaidongPrefecture tobacco Monopoly Bureau (the company) in the presence of unions in decision-making problems.The fourth chapter, Chinese trade unions to explore the effectiveness ofparticipatory decision-making path. This section is dedicated to research on the partof the problems involved in decisions made, respectively, from the role of tradeunions clear positioning, updating ideas and ways of working to establish a soundlegal regulations and other trade union organizations were involved in thedecision-making research and exploration, China raised the effectiveness of tradeunions in decision-making path.In short, the trade union organizations of the working class as the mainorganization and promote social development, give full play to their participation indecision-making,is to meet the requirements of socialist construction anddevelopment, but also in line with the interests of the masses of workers. Demandson behalf of the legitimate interests of the masses of workers unions, to functioneffectively participate in decision-making, is to promote scientific enterprisedecisions, optimize resource allocation, promote socialist reform and development toachieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation," China Dream" great power.
