Our Cadres Training Problem Research

The training of Demobilized Army Cadre(DAC) is an important part of DAC Emplacement, which has an influence on the general situation of DAC Emplacement as well as DAC’s individual employment. At present, we have made some progress on the training of DAC, but problems remain. With the deepening of DAC Emplacement system reform, the research and study of the DAC training is of great significance to the improvement of DAC Emplacement system and take full advantage of DAC forces.This thesis has studied and analyzed the status-quo of DAC training, with the methods of document consulting, system comparing, questionnaire surveying and individual interviewing, and point out the problems. It introduced the DAC training systems of other counties, thus drawing inspirational lessons for us. The thesis is designed to put forward recommendations for improving the working system of DAC training, and figure out how to systemize the organizational structure of DAC training, diversify the implementation means, institutionalize the safeguard system and how the make the training content scientific.
