The Study Of Migrant Workers Social Status From The Perspective Of Labour Union Organization Public Products

The problem of migrant workers is one of the most challenging problems in the process of our modernization society. Migrant workers as a special group of social transition in China, they have made a huge contribution to economic society, but it shows that they are poor in politics, economy and spirit culture because of their low status. In fact, they become "the second-class citizens" of the city, the enterprise of "temporary empioyee" and the "vulnerable groups" of the society. From then on, if we can’t solve this problem, it will lead to social tensions, affect social harmony hamper economic sustainable development and be bad for building up an overall a well-off society and realizing the "China dream". Taking hunan province as an example, it focuses on the prominent characteristics of migrant workers’social status and revealing the implied risk on the basis of the social status of migrant workers and public products of labour union. Based on the theory of the third department (public administration, labor social integration and social status), this article tries to show migrant workers’social status and analyze the deep reason to discuss improve the social status of migrant workers in order to solve the problem of migrant workers from the western countries labour union in safeguarding workers’rights. From the perspective of organization, system and internalization. This paper shows the measures on strengthening public service function of labour union so as to provide a new way to solve the problem of migrant workers.
