Moreover, foreign investment has played animportant role and also being a huge impulse for China and Mongolian economicdevelopment. Meanwhile of this, we have excavated that there is a negative effect,that followed by foreign investment. For instance, in our country, the economicsecurity has been faced some of the threat such as the security of the homeland and amuch kind of natural resources. If we consider that the foreign investment isbeneficial for our country, when we spend the foreign investment, we have to payattention to the future economic development situation of this country and economicpurpose of the future development. Moreover, we have to perform and initiate a newpurpose for the well-planned investment and foreign investment received smallbusiness subjects by unstopping provide with direct foreign investment and bymanaging the administration of the law and rule condition. Currently, the situation ofthe Mongolia and Chinese foreign investment is active for expanding the investments.The law and rule of the two countries China and Mongolia make some reforms, andalso by unstopping provide for the law and rule system, it is the act to save the twocountries economic security. Currently, two countries have been attracted forreceiving foreign investments. Based on the statistic data on United Nations anddevelopment institutes of268countries, in recent years, China has been a biggestattractive country for the foreign investment. In recent years, the time of economicsuitable situation and increased the use of mineral deposits, also Mongolia has beenan attractive country for foreign investment. The stepping into the globalization, theproblem of how to manage the development, using the foreign investment formbeneficially and providing the sustainable development of the investment etc are themain problem for two countries development of China and Mongolia. It is necessary to improve the situation of the two countries foreign investment law and ruleenvironment. There are some of the different and much more problems of foreigninvestment law and rule as comparing two countries law and rules that aboutMongolian foreign investment law and Chinese foreign investment law. Theresearch, I made analyze for comparing the two countries foreign investment lawsystem situation and the revolution of law of foreign investment in two countries. Inthis research, I have put an opinion for improving the Mongolian foreign investmentlaw.
