Nowadays China is being in the period of social transformation, the rural social structure has changed dramatically. Facing with the public event related themselves’ interest, peasants’ interest expression and values also have shown significant change under traditional and modern alternating villages. With the new countryside construction and the expanding village public affairs, the enthusiasm and initiative of peasants’ interest expression have improved, legal channels has a tendency of diversification, but the efficiency and level of organization of farmers’ interest expression are all low. At the some time, peasants’ values appear the stage of “Multifactor Co-existence,Alternation of the new and old”, the degree of realistic presentation of democratic outlook, impartial outlook, trust outlook,efficiency outlook is high, and law outlook and freedom outlook in the latent state., the system of value is incomplete. there is a mutual promoting relationship between the peasants’ interest expression and values, the change of values lead to the change of peasants’ expression, different values are bound to different expression. The reform of interest expression system, lagre number legal channels, the result of benefits synthesizes have an influence on values. The peasants’ interest expression and values in the village public events is worth study.This article selects Shao village in the north of province Hunan and Mu village in the south of province Hubei as cases for empirical analysis, this thesis construct a theoretical model of the peasants’ interest expression and values, through the scene expression of core variables design Questionnaire. To collect questionnaire and case interviews information and data, and use Induction and Event Description analysis case interviews information, spss analysis data. We try to reveal internal relations and regularity on the basis of the comprehensive understanding of the peasants’ interest expression and values, and draw empirical conclusions. we should strengthen the mutual promoting relationship between the peasants’ values and interest expression thought normative and empirical research,which promote and improve values.Certainly, the main conclusion are found. The first, the degree of realistic presentation with the system of value and interest expression are Differences in the specific public events. This will affect the relationship between them. The second, there is a mutual promoting relationship between the peasants’ interest expression and values, the mutual promoting relationship between both will improve values. The third, the values of democracy, trust, efficiency have promotion effect on interest expression. But impartial outlook donot have typicality in the last 3 years. The fourth, benefits synthesizes, legal channels, the behavior of subject have promotion effect on values. But mandatory channels has little effect because of strictly limited.
