As the socialist market economic system increasingly sophisticated, increasinglyfierce competition among enterprises, corporate culture can not be ignored as a problem,but ideological and political work is also facing a lot of difficulties. Some peopleconfuse the corporate culture with the ideological and political work, mistakenlybelieve that corporate culture is universal, corporate culture can solve all the problemsfaced by enterprises.By the effect of corporate culture is an "universal theory", somecompanies even think that corporate culture can completely replace the ideological andpolitical work, and do not pay attention to the status of employee’s ideological andpolitical work any more, even do not carry out ideological and political work. Thepolitical department bore the burnt of Many enterprise reform to downsizing to improveefficiency, The political department comes the first, has been combined compressionand even canceled; Internal advocating "supreme interests", the low quality of the staffthought, political officer in name only, such as missing or the phenomenon is quiteserious.So, theoretically clarify the different ideological and political work andcorporate culture to achieve organic integration of the two in practice, not onlyconducive to innovation ideological and political work methods and models, helplocalization of corporate culture, more importantly, to make our business morecompetitive and have more advantages in the process of dealing with globalization, thebetter for the development of business services.This paper attempts to integrate theory with practical perspectives, explore theproblem of fusion of ideological and political education and the corporate culture,providing operability and enforceability of corporate practice, designed to achievebusiness continuity, stable, healthy and harmonious development. This paper is dividedinto six sections: The first part is introduction, describes the background andsignificance, research status and content and innovation of this paper; the second sectionbriefly describes the basic theory of the political and ideological work corporateculture; The third part, by describing the similarities and differences between theideological and political work and the corporate culture, so as to arrive dialecticalrelationship between the two; The fourth part,taking Shanxi Coal Transportation andMarketing Group as an example, briefly describes the basic situation and working statusof the company, then put forward the necessity and feasibility of integration of ideological and political work and corporate culture; The fifth part,to achieve theintegration of ideological and political work and corporate culture, put forward mustcomply with the five basic principles and the four basic methods in the integration; thesixth Part, obtained by linking theory with practice, to a four-level structure theory ofcorporate culture and corporate culture force main line, integration with enterpriseideological and political work, and put forward six key nodes of integration path.
