The turnover intention of the armed police junior officers was directly related to combat effectiveness level of the front-line soldiers of the CAPF, and it is the premise of completing all of the tasks successfully that remained the stable of the armed police junior officers. But, at present, empirical researches about turnover intention of the armed police junior officers are relatively poor. Therefore, The purpose of research was to investigate the situation and the differences in demographical variables of quality of work life, work-family conflict and turnover intention about the armed police junior officers, to analyze the relationships between quality of work life, work-family conflict and turnover intention, to explore the moderating effect and mediating effect of work-family conflict on relationship between quality of work life and turnover intention. For these purpose, the relevant date were collected by open questionnaires, researches into some relevant references, some standard research methods, such as factor analysis, regression analysis, correlation analysis and ANOVA were employed. In the end of the article, some suggestions were put forward to decrease or prevent the further turnover intention of the armed police junior officers and to improve the job performance of the section related with the junior officers for the CAPF’s administration and junior officers themselves based on the study.The conclusions drawn by this research were as follows:First, the degrees of work-family conflict and turnover intention about the armed police junior officers were not serious on the whole, but work conflict family was more serious than family conflict work, and the satisfaction of quality-work life was moderate. Different demographic variables had different effects on different dimensions of quality of work life, work-family conflict and turnover intentionSecond, there was significantly negative correlation between quality of work life and work-family conflict about the armed police officers. The quality of work life could negatively and significantly predict the work-family conflict.Third, there was significantly correlation between work-family conflict and turnover intention about the armed police officers. The work-family conflict could significantly predict the turnover intention.Fourth, there was significantly negative correlation between quality of work life and turnover intention about the armed police officers. The quality of could negatively and significantly predict the turnover intention.Fifth, work-family conflict also worked as mediator between quality of work life and turnover intention. In which, work conflict family worked as a complete mediator between society&mentality and demobilization intention, and family conflict work worked as a complete mediator between organization environment and shift intention, but family conflict work worked as a partial mediator between organization environment and demobilization intention.
