The reserch of New China’s founding generals geographical distribution regards the earlydays of the investiture of the generals as the object, which is a total of1614. The foundingwho generals have achieved indelible contribution for the cause of the victory of the Chineserevolution.Therefore, in the new Chinese era, the CPC Central Committee decided to grantthe founding generals different level of rank,following his tenure, quality, ability,qualifications, military medals and other elements.Military rank determines the status and powers of every soldier in the army in order tobetter fulfill its mandate in accordance with the doctrine of duties. It is also a country to giveto military soldiers’awards and honors, encouraging them in the army to work motivated.These generals who are endowed have certain characteristics and laws in the geographicaldistribution, and behind these characteristics and laws have some profound and complexreasons. This is the value of the research. That strengthens their research, not only canunderstand the past, but also can help to develop the region patriotic feelings and love fortheir homeland of the founding generals native people. Therefore, the study of the founding ofNew China, the geographical distribution not only has high academic value but also has anextremely important and practical significance to train the present and future military. Theresearching methods of the Articles are based on traditional analysis, while combinedmeasurement of historiography, sociology comparative studies, charts and induction, andlearn science talent, talent geography, history, geography, military science and otherdisciplines theories and methods which is relatively accurate, detailed and in-depth.In addition to the full text of the introduction and conclusion, the article is divided intothree parts.Introduction describes some of the major reasons and significance of the topic of thispaper, a review of academic history, researching methods and topics of difficulty.The first part of the background and the main research approaches arising Chinesemilitary personnel. This paper introduces the basic theoretical concepts of military personnelas well as awareness of the early Chinese Communist military personnel, focusing on analysisof Chinese military personnel the background and approaches. This is how to understand the following geographical distribution of the early days of the generals endowed talent to do thegroundwork.The second part studies the geographical distribution of the founding of New China’sgenerals origin. Comparedwith previous studies, this paper presents a big difference, particularly, the research object,which increased New China’s founding Major, which is the article where typical andinnovation. At the same time, as much as the research object, which also increase thedifficulty of the paper.
