The south China sea is a inherent territory of China since ancient times. China hasindisputable sovereignty to Nansha Islands and their adjacent waters.This is an indisputablething.Since the60s and70s of the20th century with the South China Sea has rich oil andgas resources are found.Many countries around China have claimed sovereignty over theSouth China Sea.They are encroach reefs on the South China Sea and develop the SouthChina Sea fastly. Then the South China Sea is produced. Since the1990s the South ChinaSea has an important waterway value.So some countries out of this area such as U.S.intervened in this issue.This makes the issue more and more complex. It is also more difficultto solve.America has brought great negative impact to the peaceful development of the SouthChina Sea.At the same time it also caused damage of China’s national interest. In theseyears,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the comprehensive nationalstrength enhances unceasingly,The United States and some countries regard China as a rival.So in recent years, the Obama administration adjust the Asia-Pacific strategy constantly,using the members of southeast Asian nations association, and Colluding the Philippines,Vietnam, Malaysia and other countries. The Obama administration attempts to use the southChina sea issue to curb China development. It makes China to pay quite experience to handlethese complicated things. At the same time, the new Asia-Pacific strategy of Obamaadministration is to establish the dominance in Asia, to restrain China into the order. Hewants to prevent China to dominate Asian political and economic order in the future.So this article tries to put the South China Sea policy of Obama administration in thenew Asia-Pacific strategy. Studying the Obama administration involves in the new situationof "the south China sea issue". It has important practical and theoretical value for us to studythis issue.This paper introduces reasons approach and impaction of the Obamaadministration involvement in the "South China Sea". We find to deal with it on thatbasis.The whole paper is divided into three parts:introduction,main text and conclusion.Introduction explains the background, significance, current research and researchmethods. The first part of the main text introduces origin and contradictions of the south Chinasea issue. The text demonstrates that the south China sea is China’s indisputable territory andexpounds that the focal point of the south China sea dispute from the islands sovereigntycontroversy, exclusive economic zone, continental shelf dispute, Hna security dispute.Countries around the South China Sea in order to maintain their own vested interests whoneglect international law. They have occupied many islands and reefs.The second part of the main text focuses on the deep-seated reasons of the Obamaadministration involving in the disputes in the South China Sea. It enhances speech right ofthe United States in the Asia-Pacific region. America adopts the opinions and the actions thatare related to the national interest of America.The third part of the main text introduces the ways of the Obama administrationinvolving in the South China Sea.The U.S.A with the help of ASEAN to contain China. theObama administration strengthens the cooperation with southeast Asian countries in military,political, and economic issues.At the same time, the Obama administration strengthens thecooperation with Japan, India. The Obama administration imagines if its war with China inthe south China sea area, the two countries will support,and wish India to cut off from theIndian Ocean to the South China Sea routes in China. It Increases the difficulties of resolvingthe south China sea issue in China.It isn’t good for stabilization of the south China sea regionand to cover a shadow over China-U.S.A relations.America broke the regional balance that isnot unfavorable to world peace and stability.The fourth part of the main text introduces potential effects of the Obamaadministration’s involving.Then gives some advice on that basis of China. The Obamaadministration’s involving makes the issue more complicated. The U.S. Collaborates with thecountries around South China Sea to steal our South China Sea oil and gas resources.Itthreats China’s energy security. This requires that China can not compromise in resolvingthe dispute over the South China Sea. China will continue to adhere advocates throughconsultations and negotiations between the two sides, fair, reasonable, and friendly to solvethe question of territorial boundaries. Finally,In the conclusion part the author summarizes the full text and points out thatthere are still many contradictions between America and the disputing countries.We shouldbe use of these elements to pursue the best interests of China.
