Study On The Grass-roots Democratic Politics Construction Of Urban Community In China

The 16th CPC National Congress report: "The expansion of grass-roots democracy is the fundamental work to development socialist democracy." During the process of building a harmonious society, community as a basic organization form of community members that occupies an important position in the building of democratic politics in China, and its role can not be ignored. This article analyzes the basis theory of democratic politics construction of urban community at different times at home and abroad; and comprises the typical model of community-based organizations for all the state in different parts of Chin; at last, Sums up the typical experience of China's grass-roots democracy in urban communities, and learns from some specific practices of foreign community building of grass-roots democratic politics, brings out the basic principles and main ways to make urban communities of China's grass-roots democracy perfect. When the article analyzes shortcomings of community building of democratic politics in China, it makes the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of city community construction of democratic politics in China. To combine Marxist theory of democracy and base on conditions in China now, put forward a series of suggestions to develop community construction, like "to guide by government reasonable and citizens participate fully, to raise awareness of democracy and achieve self-government community, to build a harmonious community and promote a harmonious society". By studied theory of urban community construction of grass-roots democracy in China, the paper deepens and pushes on the process of the issue from the practice.
