China’s Regional College Entrance Examination Enrollment System Fair Analysis Of The Constiutional Law

Special political, economic, cultural and historical background, determines the formulation and implementation of public colleges and universities enrollment system in our country, therefore, we cannot simply describe this kind of system as useless, so to face the reality and problem solving. From the perspective of citizens’ right to education of our country’s college enrollment system constitution, is my starting point.The right to education of differentiation is one of the countries recognized human rights. The universal declaration of human rights as the United Nations was founded at the beginning of the drafting of important documents, the international covenant on civil and political rights and the international covenant on economic, social and cultural rights is the document that was clear by1996, confirmed that the contracting party of the citizen’s right to education from the legal theory, and also effectively ensure citizens’right to receive education in our country, it is the obligation of states parties. Development of education is related to the rise and fall of national and international competitiveness, but also the importance of human rights, in the international community to pay attention to human rights, as a kind of basic rights are concerned, is not a surprise. However, the case of infringement of citizens’ right to receive education in our country, therefore, to guarantee citizens’right to receive education has become a hot spot, received wide attention from all walks of life.In this article, the citizens of the society of the rule of law of the basic idea of constitutional basic rights should be effectively guaranteed, from the perspective of the constitution of China’s college entrance examination system. Full text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is about the present situation of Chinese college enrollment system to understand the thinking. This chapter mainly starts with the connotation, the main mode of China’s college entrance examination system, the legal nature of interpretation. The second chapter is the factual analysis of the college entrance examination enrollment system in China, from the form of local protectionism, reason, the consequences of the current situation of the current college entrance examination admission system. The third chapter is the analysis of the constitutional law of college entrance examination enrollment system fairness.
