| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that education must be prioritized,education should be accelerated,and education must be done sufficiently to satisfy the people.It is necessary to fully implement the education policy of the Party,to implement the fundamental task of morality and cultivation of people,to develop a quality education and to promote educational justice.Education impartiality is an important part of promoting social justice,and college entrance examinations are an important part of education.Since the resumption of college entrance examinations,college entrance examinations have attracted attention.College entrance examinations have the function of selecting human resources,and are a means for parents and examinees to make their dreams come true.However,in the long-term economic and social development process,educational disparities continue to widen due to disproportionate regional economic development,different geographical conditions,different language barriers,and minority habits.How to demonstrate the fairness of the college entrance examination system and improve these groups? Access to opportunities has become the focus of political interest.In order to bridge these gaps and maintain the fairness of education,the government has decided to add points for college entrance examinations.The policy of adding points to college entrance examinations can,to some extent,optimize the allocation of educational resources,improve admission opportunities,and maintain social stability.In this paper,we mainly examine the point addition policy of the college entrance examination after the college entrance examination is resumed.By classifying and organizing policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology,the types of bonus points in my country’s college entrance examination policy include incentive bonus points,thoughtful bonus points and policy bonus points.and orientation bonuses.Bonus points are mainly for ethnic minorities,martyrs’ children,veterans and special talents in academic conferences.According to the policy document,the process of revising higher education entrance examination policies can be divided into three stages: Return to the extension of the period of enrollment in university entrance examinations(1977-1998),the extension of the examination and admission system reform period(1999-2013)of higher education entrance examinations,and deepening the reform of the examination and admission system.Period(2014-present).Through the process of formulating college entrance examination bonus policies,the bonus points of college entrance examinations have diversified,political beneficiaries have become more extensive,political content is gradually becoming concrete,and policy-making issues are becoming more diversified.The basic purpose of the college entrance examination point addition policy is to maintain the fairness of education,improve the admission opportunities of subjects at additional points,and therefore promote social justice.However,there are still issues such as incomplete and opaque political decision-making processes,too many bonus points,and poor policy implementation.By analyzing these questions,we believe that future college entrance examination bonus points making for college entrance examinations will be more scientific and rational,that the implementation of college entrance examination policies will be more standardized and the policy oversight system will be more complete. |
