A Study Of The News Spokesman Of Network

Starting with the public opinion of network, the problem of how to norm the publicopinion of network and elevate the ruling of government has caused the government’s highattention. The news spokesman of network, as a new kind of government spokesman,becomes approved and chased by the public when it emerges. The news spokesman ofnetwork cannot be regarded as the stretching of traditional news spokesman in the networkor the show in the politics. It’s a new system which interacts the government and thecommon people. This paper is on the study of the news spokesman of network of CityZhenjiang, and can be divided into six parts.The first part is about introduction. Starting with the history of news spokesman, andthen pointing out the background of the news spokesman of network. And then explainingthe significance、current situation、methods、purpose and frame of this paper.The second part is about conceptional definition and theoretical analysis. First I willreview the concept of news spokesman and the news spokesman of network, and putforword my own understanding of the news spokesman of network. In the sanme time, Iwill account for the theory of the news spokesman of network. They are the Theory ofGatekeeper、the Theory of Agenda Setting and the Theory of Use and Satisfaction.The third part is about the current situation of the news spokesman of network of CityZhenjiang. First I will introduce some basic information about Zhenjiang Forum and thenews spokesman of network of City Zhenjiang. And then I will analysize spokesman’scondition of posting news and replying problems and the carriers of communication.The fourth part is about the advantages and problems of the news spokesman ofnetwork of City Zhenjiang. This part concludes the advantages and problems on the basisof above analysis. The advantages are these they realize tuwo functions——the function ofleading and persuding and the function of telling. The problems are these that the lag ofreplying、the low quality of replying、the lack of carriers for communication and the reduction of news releasing.The fifth part is about suggestion. I will put forward some suggestions due to aboveproblems, and I hope that this can play some roles in the future.The sixth pary is about conclusion. Conclude this paper and point out some shortagesof this paper.
