This thesis previously review and refer to the point of view concerningperformance appraisal method,with the purpose of making up the vacancy ofperformance appraisal method of public group in academic circle.It is guided by logicof theoretical research method、comparative analysis method and the literature analysismethod, reflecting the current researching situation of the performance appraisal methodof public organization.This thesis attempts to discuss the setbacks of the performanceappraisal method and eventually intends to put forward some suggestions of improvingperformance appraisal method system of public organization,and smoothly solves thedrawbacks of current situation of performance appraisal method.Specifically,the logicstructure of this thesis is followed:The first chapter aims to narrate the basic theory of performance appraisal method,especially introduce the performance appraisal method of public organization, with thepurpose of laying the foundation of the latter innovation content; The second chapterformerly reviews the history of performance appraisal method in publicorganization,introducing the situation and content of performance appraisal method, aswell as reveals its existing problems. Furthermore, this chapter also refer to thesuccessful experience of private enterprises of performance appraisal method to offer ahint for the last part; The third chapter starts with two cases of performance appraisalmethod of public organization,reflecting their problems and come up with improvingscheme,eventually put forward the total project of optimizing performance appraisalmethod. The foothold and innovation point of this thesis is the creative idea in the lastsection of which is to combine quantified and qualitative method to appraise theperformance of public organization to realize the final objective of the thesis, which isto optimize the performance appraisal method of public organization...
