The pursuit of happiness is a human instinct. Focus on teacher’s professional happiness has animportant meaning, it is not only beneficial to the teacher’s professional development, so as to improveteachers’ teaching ability; More can bring students more happiness, for only happiness teacher to be able toteach the students of happiness. In the current research about teachers’ professional sense of happiness ofstudy, most is for the whole team of teachers in the research, and the lack of a subject and a geographicalteachers level of happiness check. And the teacher taught different subjects by various factors, thehappiness levels may have a difference. Based on this idea, this article18cities in Henan, the high schoolgeography teachers as the object of study, the interview and questionnaire analysis of geographical teachersin Henan province professional happiness status to regression analysis of the influence factors analysis, andbased on the conclusion targeted are put forward to improve teachers’ professional sense of happiness ofHenan province geographic strategy. Full text is divided into six parts:Based on the Teachers’ professional well-being theories and existing research results, this paperstudied mainly about geography teachers’ the current situation, the influence factors of geography teachers’professional well-being in Henan province. The course of the study embodies the unite of the qualitativeresearch and quantitative research, and quantitative study as its primary means while qualitative study assecondary one. The data access mainly by questionnaire and interview method. And finally the data hasbeen tested. The questionnaire was the geography teachers’ professional well-being questionnaire which ismade based on myself and Withey Andrews’ questionnaire made in1976,the scale of face. The resultsof the study show that:In general, found that the geographical teachers’ in henan province professional well-being levelis compatible, but individual well-being level is different high low disparity, still needs to be furtherimproved.Through the contrast analysis, found that teachers with different age, school age, sex, educationbackground, professional title of teacher, and teach in different type, level and the location of the schooland served as the teacher in charge and the teacher not in charge,they have different professionalwell-being. The specific performance is: Model high school geography teacher’s happiness is more than the average high school geography teacher; High school teachers’ subjective well-being than schoolteachers; City high school geography teacher’s professional well-being is better than teachers’ in county;Male teachers’ professional happiness will obviously higher than female teachers; Under the age of25happiness is the lowest level of teachers, and41-45years old teacher levels of happiness are highest;Teachers’ who has bachelor degree he’s professional well-being is significantly higher than teachers’ withother qualification The higher the title and the higher the happiness level, with senior professional title ofthe teacher was significantly higher than the other title of happiness teachers, intermediate title teacherslightly higher than the junior titles teachers; As a teacher in charge’s geography teacher’s professionalhappiness is higher than the teacher just in charge’s of geography course.Will these factors and the literature material research and interviews to individual teacherssummarizes the impact of teachers’ professional happiness all the factors considered comprehensively,regression analysis, and get the influence of geography teachers in Henan province professional sense ofhappiness of main factors, which affect the more: individual teacher’s teaching interest, teachers payinterest income, their social status, geography position, etc. According to these main influencing factors,put forward to some strategy to improve teachers’ professional well-being, such as improve teachers’teaching interest, improve the teachers’ comprehensive position, improve geographical position, focusingon women.In this paper,it shows the comprehensive use of pedagogy, psychology, management, and otherdisciplines which was used to discuss the theory of high school geography teachers living situation. Theinnovation of this paper is first of all outstanding teachers’ professional sense of happiness of subjectcharacteristics, based on geography teacher as the main research object; Secondly the study use thequantitative research, by regression analysis to obtain the main influence factors.
