In recent years, though the physical punishment by PE teachers in primary and middle School is decreasing, the phenomenon of verbal violence is still existed, and the methods of psychological and soul punishing students are often used by teachers, such as satire, mock, insult, abuse, defame, isolate, etc. The actions didn’t arouse the social, school and family’s attention. While its harm is no less than physical punishment. It would not only depreciate the students’personal dignity and bring negative effects to the student’physical, psychological health and learning enthusiasm, but also cause the conflict and worsen of the relations between students and teachers, and affect the quality and effect of the PE teaching. Moreover, it may result in some serious consequences like the students’mental disorders, criminal activity, suicide and tendency of violence in their adulthood.This paper analysised the PE teachers’verbal violence actions from the perspective of education, psychology and sociology. By the research methods which include literature summarization, interview, questionare survey, logic analysis and statistics, this paper analysised and demonstrated the content, feature, harm, type, origination of PE techers’verbal violence in primary and middle school. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical study, this paper put forward some corresponding countermeasures to prevent and eliminate the PE techers’verbal violence actions:(1) to increase the PE teachers’awareness of the verbal violence’s harmfulness.(2) To strengthen the PE teachers’professional ethics.(3) To build the PE teachers’mental health education system.(4) To build effective complaint and supervision system to the PE teachers’ verbal violence actions.(5) To regulate the PE teachers’language performances and urge the teachers to use the critisizing terms rationally. This paper aimed to help the PE teachers in primary and middle schools to regulate their language performances, and offer references to prevent and eliminate the PE techers’verbal violence actions.
