Under the background of education informatization,network training has won the favor of teachers because of its advantages of fastness,efficiency,sharing,and freedom from time and space,and plays a vital role in teacher training.Based on the theory of lifelong education,distance education theory and teacher professional development theory,this research analyzes the current situation of network training in primary and middle school teachers in Xiangtan County,studies the problems existing in the network training process,and discusses the improvement of rural primary and middle school teachers with the conclusion of the research.Countermeasures for network training.The research tool is a self-developed questionnaire and interview outline for the network training of primary and middle school teachers in Xiangtan County.The questionnaire was distributed to the primary and secondary school teachers in Paitou Township.A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 186 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire recovery efficiency was93%.The interviews were mainly to gain a deeper understanding of some of the information that was difficult to obtain in the questionnaire survey.The target audience were 8 rural primary and secondary school teachers who participated in online training within the Paitou Township.According to the statistics of the questionnaire,the current situation of the network training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Xiangtan County is as follows: the purpose and attitude of the trained teachers to participate in the network training have a great influence on the training.The trained teachers prefer to observe the classroom teaching and teaching.Interactive and interactive teaching methods,the teachers they need to train are mostly experienced front-line teachers.They are generally satisfied and supportive of online training;the professional quality of training teachers is very high,but the teaching methods are single,the teaching content A little out of the teaching practice;online courses are rich in resources,but teachers need resources in terms of subject knowledge and teaching skills;there are many network platform systems,which are not convenient for rural teachers;the leading organizations at all levels of training support and value network training..According to the current situation of the network training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Xiangtan County,the following problems exist: thetraining objectives of the trained teachers have certain task-based characteristics,the self-awareness and initiative of training are not enough,and some rural teachers have relatively backward educational concepts;The teaching methods of the training teachers are single,the interaction between teachers and students is insufficient;the network resources are presented in a single way,the content of the courses is lack of pertinence and practicality;the functions of the network training platform are lack of linkage,the introduction of the platform is less,and the evaluation system is not sound enough;There is a shortage of funding for education funds,organizational leadership is not in place,and there is no effective incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the survey data and research conclusions,the enlightenment is drawn from the perspective of trained teachers: establishing correct concepts,changing learning styles,enhancing autonomy,and applying them to practice;training teachers' perspectives: correctly positioning teachers' roles,optimizing teaching strategies,and enhancing services Awareness;training resources perspective: increase diversity and pertinence,develop local resources to enhance practicality,integrate and share resources;network platform perspective: systematize,improve platform construction,improve evaluation system;organization management organization perspective: establish relevant laws and regulations,These five perspectives have been put forward in setting up effective incentive mechanisms and increasing funding.
