Paid supplementary lessons for in-service primary and secondary school teachers is a fresh topic of education.The government has issued a series of policies in response to this chaos in education.Relevant education administrative departments in various regions are also actively responding to the management of paid supplementary lessons for in-service primary and secondary school teachers.This study intends to take Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province as the research object,to analyze the current status of its policy implementation,and on the premise of comprehensive consideration of the various stakeholders of paid primary and secondary school teachers,and then put forward accurate countermeasures and suggestions for Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province and even the whole country The management of paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers in other regions provides a reference to promote the steady development of China's education.The research contents of this study are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background of the thesis.Based on the social reality at home and abroad,Chinese scholars research the current status and review of paid policies for teachers in elementary and secondary schools,explore the significance of this research based on the definition of core concepts,and propose research methods Implementation.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of our government's policy of prohibiting paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers.This chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of the government's prohibition of paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers based on educational equity theory,government governance theory,game theory,and stakeholders.The third chapter is based on Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province as an example to study the effect of the implementation of paid supplementary lesson policies for teachers in elementary and middle schools in China.By sorting out the questionnaires and collecting them,sorting out the results of the interviews,and using SPSS data software to analyze the implementation effect of the policy of prohibiting paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers,the following points were found:(1)The “climate” of paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers No reduction(2)The phenomenon of paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers has not been alleviated(3)The form of paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers has shifted from "online" to "offline"(4)Many in-service elementary and middle school teachers still participate in paid supplementary lessonsThe fourth chapter is to explore the reasons for prohibiting the implementation of paidpolicies for in-service primary and secondary school teachers.The reasons for these dilemmas are diverse,including the reasons from the government,schools and teachers,and the parents and children at the family level.The fifth chapter is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the governance of forbidden in-service elementary and middle school teachers' paid tuition.Based on the social reality of Ganzhou City,under the comprehensive consideration of various stakeholders who have paid supplementary lessons for in-service elementary and middle school teachers,they put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the long-term and stable development of China's basic education.
